The steps to remove the tractor wheel are as follows: 12

Use a socket wrench to loosen the wheel nuts, but do not remove them yet.
Use a jack to lift the axle until the tire is slightly off the ground.
Loosen the nuts again and lift the wheel off.
Pay attention to the direction of rotation of the wheel fastening bolts. The nuts of the right wheel are usually right-handed threads, and the nuts of the left wheel are left-handed threads. Therefore, when loosening the left wheel nuts, force should be applied in a clockwise direction, and when tightening, force should be applied in a counterclockwise direction.
Tighten the nuts diagonally, crosswise, and in 3 or 4 times to prevent the wheel disc from deforming and the force from being concentrated on individual wheel bolts.
During installation, apply lithium-based or calcium-based grease to the threads to reduce the possibility of slippage. When lifting and lowering the wheel, align the bolt holes to avoid damaging the bolt threads. When tightening the nuts, first tighten them by hand, then use a special wrench to tighten them under the wheel. When they are loose, remove the jack, let the wheel drop to the ground, and then tighten the wheel nuts crosswise with appropriate torque.
When installing the tire assembly, the tire valve should be aligned with the inclined surface of the brake drum.
For the rear wheels with dual tires, if the wear of the two tires is different, the one with larger diameter and less wear should be installed on the outside to meet the needs of driving on arched roads. If only the outer tire is replaced, the inner nut of the inner wheel should be tightened first, and then the outer wheel should be installed. When replacing two tires at the same time, the wheels should be lifted up twice with a jack, and the inner and outer tires should be installed respectively. The brake clearance inspection holes on the two wheels should be staggered, and the valves of the inner and outer wheels should be arranged symmetrically to facilitate the inspection and adjustment of the inner tire pressure.
